Payjack is a secure mobile application that allows users to send, receive, and manage money digitally using their smartphones.

Yes, downloading and using Payjack is free. However, certain premium services or bank-related fees may apply.

Payjack is available for download on both Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (App Store) devices and we are working on getting it on App Gallery

Download the app, register using your mobile number  and verify your identity using your Ghana card and your facial recognition through NIA. You may also need to link your bank card and mobile money wallets.

Yes, you can, but some features may be limited. To send money, a valid bank card or a mobile money wallet must be linked.

  • Open the Payjack app and go to the homepage. 
  • Tap on “Linked Accounts.” 
  • Tap on “Link funding source.” 
  • Choose the funding source type: 
  • Mobile Wallet (e.g., MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, etc.) 
  • Bank Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) 
  • Enter the required details: Account or Card Number and Service Provider 
  • Tap “Link Account” to finish. You may be prompted to verify your account via OTP. 

Yes, you can link multiple bank cards, But it’s limited to a finite number of funding sources. 

Go to the login screen, select “Forgot Password,” and follow the instructions such as: “Please enter your registered phone number. 

Open the app, select “Send Money,” enter the recipient’s details, the amount, and confirm the transaction.

With Payjack, you can pay for your water bill, buy airtime and data bundles, pay for DSTV, and other Payjack Merchants. Just select the bill type, provider, enter your details, and confirm the payment in-app. 

1% for Mobile Wallet transactions and 1.5% for card transactions. 

Daily and monthly transaction limits vary depending on your Bank of Ghana issued Know Your Customer (KYC) verification level.

Transfers are typically received instantly

Tap "Request Money," enter the person's contact information, specify the amount and reason, then send the request. They'll receive a notification and can choose to pay or decline. 

 

Yes, Payjack uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data.
